What types of files do you accept?
We accept most file types, but prefer a pdf file. Please make sure all text is converted to outlines. We can also accept jpg, tiff, eps, indesign, photoshop and illustrator files. 300 dpi will provide the best output for raster images.
What resolution should I save my photos and graphics?
In most cases, resolution should be set to 300dpi. You will want to avoid pictures and graphics pulled from the internet as they are often low resolution and will not print properly.
What type of file do you need for die cut vinyl designs?
For Die Cut Vinyl designs we need a vector file. An eps, illustrator, or vector pdf will work. Please be sure to merge any paths and convert text to an outline.
How do I submit large files?
